Don’t worry – not having a priority listing doesn’t mean we stop sending you work!

We will never force our partners to pay us for anything for the sake of it. We’d just be silly to turn down the offers of our valued partners who’ve requested that we do this to guarantee them more work and first refusal.

We don’t take any commission or fees from our partners for work they pick up for us, this is just an optional extra we’ve been asked to put in place by partners who love the fact they get paid on the day for their work.

While we don’t have total control over the number of enquiries we get, so can’t guarantee a specific number, it’s safe to assume you would be able to expect a minimum of a couple of jobs per month. In busier towns and cities this will be dramatically more, but our costs for a year would be covered on a couple of call outs, so we’re confident the premium listing would be a belter for any trades keen to take on more emergency work.

Not at all – it’s a rolling monthly agreement which you can cancel at any time if you don’t wish to be first priority in your area anymore. We would still be able to send you work, it just may mean that someone else gets the first call.

We’ll be giving a 10-minute response window to all our premium partners just in case they miss the call, and we would always try you a couple of times before moving to other contractors on our list.

We’d like to give longer in an ideal world – but given that we specialise in emergency call outs, speedy response and assignment is crucial 😊

For each category and town (and surrounding area) the cost starts at £20.00 plus VAT per month. The main trades are Plumbing, Heating, Electrical and Drainage.

We also have regions and cities available but the price for these varies and would need to be discussed in more detail on a phone call.
