Emergency Hero Membership Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Emergency Hero, a trading name of EMRGHRO Ltd. By subscribing to our membership plan, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms outline the services provided, the obligations of both the company and the customer, and the conditions under which the membership operates.

3. Membership Details
3.1. Membership Fee
The membership fee is £4.99 per month, payable on a rolling monthly contract.
3.2. Membership Benefits
Members are entitled to unlimited free emergency call outs for the following issues:
- Plumbing
- Heating
- Drainage
- Electrical
- Pest control
- Locksmith services
Members will only be responsible for the cost of labour performed by the attending engineer. If you request an emergency call out within the first 30 days of your membership, you will be liable for a reduced call out fee on the first call out, with any subsequent call outs then being free.
3.3. Payment Terms
Membership fees will be charged monthly to the payment method provided at the time of subscription. The fee is non-refundable once paid. In agreeing to use our services, you confirm that Emergency Hero may charge your card for agreed upon purchases, and that you understand that your information will be saved to file for future transactions on your account.
4. Services Covered
4.1. Call Out Coverage
The membership covers the cost of an engineer attending your property for emergency issues related to plumbing, heating, drainage, electrical, pest control, and locksmith services.
4.2. Labour Costs
While call out fees are covered by the membership, customers will be responsible for any labour charges incurred during the visit. Labour charges will be provided by the attending engineer before work commences.
4.3. Exclusions
The membership does not cover:
- Non-emergency situations.
- Parts, materials, or equipment required to complete the repair or service.
- Labour charges exceeding the first hour of work without customer consent.
5. Membership Cancellation
5.1. Cancellation by the Customer
Customers may cancel their membership at any time by contacting us via email at help@emergencyhero.co.uk or by calling 07451 288 419. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
5.2. Cancellation by the Company
Emergency Hero reserves the right to cancel a membership at any time, with a 30-day notice period provided to the customer. In cases of misuse or fraudulent activity, membership may be terminated immediately.
6. Limitation of Liability
Emergency Hero will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability in any event will be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the membership during the period of the claim.
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Emergency Hero reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes at least 30 days before they come into effect. Continued use of the membership following any changes will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
