Thanks for the referral! We will keep you up to date on the progress of your referral and if the customer takes on the service, you will be paid on the same day we get confirmation!

As a thank you for each successful referral, Emergency Hero will pay the referring engineers £50 per successful claim instruction!

If the customer is going through insurance and you have assessed the damage/attended a repair.

Our claims partner handles all the insurance claim for them for free and you get paid for successful referrals, so it’s a win win!

This service is completely free to the policy holder, but please note your standard insurance excess will still be payable. 

Our claims partner will usually call within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) of registering your contact information. Please advise in your message if they would like it to be sooner.

The claims management process if very straightforward. Key steps are below:

  1. Initial Meeting and Damage Report
  2. Loss Assessor deals directly with insurers
  3. Negotiations with insurer on your behalf
  4. Settlement and repair work begins
  5. Fully vetted contractors assigned
  6. Loss assessor project manages repair work
  7. Sign off and feedback 

Emergency Hero will pay engineers £50 for every claim that is successfully taken on by our claims partner. this gets paid as soon as they confirm the customer has signed their paperwork, which is usually within 1 week of the referral.
